AethraCraft is a community that has a set of rules and regulations for its operations to be effective and to ensure a non-toxic and positive experience for players. By choosing to be part of the AethraCraft community, you agree to follow the rules listed below. (Please note that, as a starting and growing server, these rules are subject to changes at the discretion of the rule-making body.) GENERAL SERVER RULES Rules under this section applies to ALL servers of AethraCraft.
MUTE VIOLATIONS
Spamming and flooding. Sending the same message consecutively and sending a long message that occupies a large portion or more of the general chat are not allowed. Example: Spamming: Player X: any staff online Player X: any staff online Player X: any staff online

Player X: STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVE!!!

Player X: A toque has 100 folds for a reason! According to Reclutant Gourmet, the pleats used to signify a chef's level of experience, like the number of ways he or she knew how to prepare eggs.
Excessive capitalization of letters. A maximum of 4 letters (eg. LOL, LMAO, F, HAHA, etc.) is allowed.
Begging. Whether in general chat or through direct messages, begging for items or in-game money is not allowed.
MINOR VIOLATIONS
Inappropriate builds, art maps, etc. Any inappropriate builds, art maps, submissions, etc. are strictly prohibited. This includes offensive symbols.
Inappropriate skins. Skins that are sexual or sexually-related (such as names of sites), have offensive symbols or words are not allowed. Invisible skins and semi-invisible skins are not allowed.
Trolling. Providing false information or misleading other players (eg. ‘Press alt+F4 for free resources’) is not allowed.
Bypassing the server's AFK Kicker. Any build, such as AFK pools, or actions that bypasses the AFK Kicker is strictly prohibited.
Redstone Builds. Complicated and massive redstone builds are not allowed. Any redstone builds that can cause lag in the server is not allowed. This includes item sorters and redstone clocks.
Renaming custom enchantments is strictly prohibited.
Scamming players by renaming non-crate items and selling them as crate items is not allowed.
Player Trapping. Making warps to trap players is strictly prohibited. This includes placing lava in entrances or other areas that can kill a player.
TP and/or Wild Killing. Killing players outside of PvP warp is not allowed.
MAJOR VIOLATIONS
Griefing is not allowed. Destroying or altering another player's build or base and its surrounding area is not allowed. This also applies to the Nether and End World. While it is the responsibility of the owner to claim the land to avoid this, punishment will still be given to the player who griefed.
Discrimination. Any negativity regarding gender, mental or physical disabilities, skin color, etc. are strictly prohibited.
Punishment evasion. Or more commonly known as ‘ban evasion’ is the act of playing in the server while your account is banned or muted. This includes creating or using an alternate account or using VPN to play in the server.
Alt abuse. Having more than one account is allowed (ex. multiple players in a single household). However, using and creating an alternate account/s to claim more daily rewards/vote for extra keys/gain money or items, etc. for the benefit of any of your accounts is strictly prohibited.
Sharing personal information. Sharing your own or another player's personal information, with or without their consent, is not allowed.
Threats. Any form or kind of threat or malicious attack directed towards the server or any player is not allowed.
Toleration of violators. If you see a player violating the rules, report them immediately. Don’t be a bystander and help the staff members catch these rule-breakers by sending a report in the #❗︱report-a-player channel.
Theft. Stealing, in any kind and manner, is not allowed. This includes intentionally joining someone’s guild, island, party, or base just to take items from them. Use of modified clients and other third-party programs that gives unfair advantage. Using any modified Minecraft clients and hack clients are not allowed. This also includes auto-clicking applications and/or putting an item on your mouse. Abusing bugs, errors and/or glitches. As the server is still in beta mode, some bugs and errors are to be expected. If you've encountered one, report it to any staff member. Abusing them and spreading information about them for other players' exploitation will result in punishment. Scamming other players is strictly prohibited. Any deceptive and fraudulent activity within the server involving trades will result in punishment.
PERMANENT BAN VIOLATIONS
Inappropriate usernames. Any username that is sexual, racist, or generally offensive is strictly prohibited. You may join the server after changing your username.
Advertising. Advertising other Minecraft servers and their website, social media pages, YouTube channel, etc. that are not affiliated with AethraCraft is strictly prohibited.
Disrespecting any staff member. Any form of harassment, threats, taunting of any staff member is not allowed. If you have an issue with any staff member, confront them privately. If that doesn't work out, ask for another staff to mediate. We have a channel for ban appeals or you could file a ticket.
Staff impersonation is not allowed. Claiming to be a certain staff member or changing your username to something similar to theirs.
Exchanging in-game items for real money. Selling or buying in-game items for real money is strictly prohibited. If found that you have taken part in such trades, your items or money will not be replaced and will be punished accordingly. Trading in-game items or in-game currency for donator ranks which are legally purchased on our website (https://store.aethracraft.com/) is allowed however.
Violating Terms of Service, Terms of Payment, and our Privacy agreement. While making purchases please make sure NOT to violate our ToS, ToP, or PA. Links:
